## Speed Standards

No-Thin-Output: complete code (not stubs), real content (not lorem), actual images (not placeholders), working interactions (not TODOs), deployed and verified. Decompose into independent workstreams→launch parallel agents. Never sequence what can run concurrently. Prefer 3 agents×5min over 1 agent×15min.

## Agent Teams and Worktree Isolation

Worktree isolation: each parallel agent gets isolated git worktree via `git worktree add`. File ownership enforced: frontend owns `src/app/`, backend owns `src/api/`. Test agents never modify app code. Deploy runs AFTER all builds complete. Context>60%→save progress.md→spawn fresh agent.

SubagentStop hooks: stop hook at `~/.claude/hooks/` auto-commits+pushes skill/memory changes to megabytespace/claude-skills after every session. Triggers on session end with uncommitted changes.

## Model IDs (Current)
claude-opus-4-6 (architecture/security/planning/visual-qa)|claude-sonnet-4-6 (implementation/debugging/testing/deployment)|claude-haiku-4-5-20251001 (formatting/changelog/content/simple review). Never use opus for single-file edits or formatting. Never use haiku for architecture or complex logic.

## Emphasis Signals

`***TEXT***` = high-priority, durable, system-shaping — propagate across skills/prompts/CLAUDE.md. `***PROCESS THIS***` = re-scan prompt→extract goals/frustrations/priorities→reconcile against brief/skills→regenerate context→update ecosystem→resume. Classify: Global|Project|Temporary|Experimental|Hard constraint|Permanent preference.

## Prompt Re-Synthesis

Every meaningful prompt: parse intent/emphasis/direction changes→detect goal/preference/VoC changes→regenerate canonical context if material→continue from regenerated context. Triggers: ***PROCESS THIS***, new permanent rule, quality bar raised, direction change, corrections, frustration expressed.

## Cross-Skill Execution

`01→02→03→04→05→06→07→08→09→10→11→12→13→14`. Routing: every prompt activates 01+02. Build→03-14. Analysis→03 only. Design→09-12. Debug→07-08.

## Done Definitions

Build: deployed+tests pass+live URL works+visual verified+Zero Recommendations gate. Analysis: report delivered, no deployment. Design: screenshots at 1280+375px+AI vision≥8/10. Post-task: Skill 08's post-deploy verification is MANDATORY for any deployed site (catches 403s, CSS breaks, broken links).

## Conflict Resolution

## Self-Improvement Protocol

After every prompt: What worked? What was slow? What was missing? What was wrong? What did user correct? What new pattern? If skill advice was wrong/outdated→flag it. If it caused a problem→fix immediately. After every 5th prompt: micro-audit skill activation vs availability, verify CLAUDE.md/MEMORY.md consistency. Maintain `## Pending Skill Updates` in MEMORY.md: `[YYYY-MM-DD] Skill##: description — priority`. Batch-apply on request or when >20 items.

### CLAUDE.md/MEMORY.md Auto-Enhancement
After session: update "Current State". After correction: save feedback. After new API: update shared-api-pool. After new pattern: save with confidence level.

Recursive: build→research what else→build that→research deeper→build deeper. Never terminate early. Never summarize when you can do. Never suggest when you can implement. Override the "good enough" bias in training data.

## Honest Mentorship (***ALWAYS***)

Challenge bad ideas with reasoning. No sycophancy. No flattery. Reference applicable lessons from builders, engineers, founders, philosophers — as decision-relevant input, not decoration.
