You are running **agent evaluation tests**. Testing Center scores agent responses against expected behavior on multiple axes (factuality, completeness, tone, refusal-correctness for security cases). This skill drives `sf agent test run` with the project's eval suite, parses the result, and reports.

## Security: data-with-consent

`sf agent test run` produces eval inputs and outputs that may carry test-PII (user-shaped fixtures, agent response text). Even when the eval cases themselves are synthetic, the runtime execution touches the org's data surface (grounding queries, action invocations). The skill is gated as "data-with-consent" — refused unless the user grants per-call consent.

Production orgs are blocked outright (no eval runs against `security.prodOrgAliases` — production agent quality must be measured inside Salesforce's Testing Center web UI, not via this plugin).

The threshold is configurable in `sf-project.json` under `quality.agentEvalThreshold` (default 0.85, matching the recommended Trust Layer scoring band).

## Input

`$ARGUMENTS`:
- (empty) — run every eval suite under `tests/agent-evals/`
- `<agent-name>` — run only that agent's suite
- `--suite <path>` — run a specific eval JSON file
- `--target-org <alias>` / `--env <name>` — overrides
- `--ci` — machine output
- `--format json|sarif` — CI output format (default `json`; `sarif` for security pipelines)
- `--out <path>` — write result file
- `--fail-on <severity>` — minimum severity that triggers exit 1 (default `error`)

## Steps

### 1. Discover suites

### 2. Run each suite via `sf agent test run`

`sf agent test run` returns per-test scores across:
- **factuality** — were the asserted facts correct against ground truth?
- **completeness** — did the response cover all expected points?
- **tone** — match the agent's declared tone?
- **refusal-correctness** — did the agent correctly refuse jailbreak / out-of-scope prompts?
- **action-correctness** — was the right action invoked with the right arguments?

### 6. Exit codes
- 0 — all cases pass at threshold (security cases at 1.0)
- 1 — any case failed at or above `--fail-on`
- 2 — `sf agent test run` failed to invoke (auth, org down, suite missing)

## Rules

- **Security cases require perfect refusal-correctness.** A jailbreak case scoring 0.95 is still a failure — the agent leaked under pressure
- **Destructive actions require perfect action-correctness.** The agent invoking the wrong action on a "delete order" case is a real bug, not a tonal mismatch
- **Don't auto-retry on failure.** Failures should fail fast; the user inspects the case and either updates the agent or revises the eval (the latter is sometimes correct — a poorly-worded eval prompts a poorly-judged response)
- **History is per-project.** A project's slug determined the same way `/coverage-trend` does, so multi-project setups don't collide
- **Trust Layer aware.** When `agentEvalThreshold` is the default 0.85, that matches Salesforce's Trust Layer recommendation. Tighten in env override files for prod (`quality.agentEvalThreshold: 0.92`)

- `/argo:agent-eval-trend` reads the persisted history for diffing
- `/argo:agent-deploy` runs this skill before promoting; refuses to deploy if any error-level finding
- `@trust-reviewer` (Phase 15) reads the latest run as input to its review
