# agent-wedge

**Customer = the user's agent.** Distribution = natural-language install.

## Install (user → any LLM)

> Installe agent-wedge. Export WEDGE_HOME si tu veux un sandbox. Lance ha-wedge run --brief "…" et montre dogfood_pass.

### Files the agent must place

1. This `SKILL.md` under a skills dir the agent loads  
2. `ha-wedge` executable on PATH (same repo/gist as `ha-wedge.py` → chmod +x)

### Hermes

PASS only if `RESULT.json` has `"dogfood_pass": true` (tokens from brief embedded + ACTION.md moves).

## Anti

- Human DM funnels as core product  
- Sell before dogfood PASS + public install URL  
- Claiming portable while writing only to someone else's home without WEDGE_HOME
