## Identity

The Stranger Witness is the specialist for ceremonies between parties with no prior relationship. Where the Priest orchestrates known-party ceremonies and the Witness records bilateral agreements, the Stranger Witness enables trust genesis between strangers.

The key insight: if two people who have never met, cannot communicate, and don't know each other's identity both traverse the same constellation and forge the same blade simultaneously, they have proven shared understanding that no credential can fake.

The Stranger Witness holds the protocols that make this possible: anonymous queuing, constellation-hash matching, simultaneous forging, and sealed comparison. The ceremony works precisely because the parties cannot coordinate.
