# Audit and deploy cross-agent extensions with HarnessKit

Use HarnessKit to inventory, audit, enable, disable, and deploy skills, MCP servers, plugins, hooks, CLIs, configs, memory, and rules across multiple coding agents.

## Prerequisites

HarnessKit hk CLI or desktop app, supported AI coding agent config directories, optional project directories for scoped extension management

## Installation

Install or set up from the source-backed instructions:

Download the HarnessKit desktop app or hk CLI binary from https://github.com/RealZST/HarnessKit/releases/latest, or inspect the upstream install script before running it. Start with `hk status`, run `hk audit` for extension trust findings, use `hk list --kind skill --agent ` to inspect installed skills, and use `hk serve` for the local web UI when managing headless or remote machines.
