# Audit Digital Growth

Use the sequence: problem → data → judgment → action → validation.

## Workflow

1. Convert the request into a decision question, business outcome, owner, deadline, and constraint.
2. Map the user journey from awareness to revenue, retention, and referral.
3. Build a metric tree with outcome, process, efficiency, quality, and data-health metrics.
4. Audit definitions, formulas, sources, time windows, tracking coverage, duplication, delay, consent, and access.
5. Segment by source, campaign, audience, geography, device, landing page, lifecycle stage, and customer quality.
6. Describe the observation before proposing causes. Generate competing hypotheses.
7. Validate with deeper data, experiments, interviews, CRM outcomes, or controlled comparisons.
8. Prioritize actions by impact, confidence, effort, risk, and time to evidence.
9. Assign owners, expected signals, review date, and stop/scale criteria.

## Analysis discipline

- Never equate clicks, followers, or platform-reported conversions with business growth.
- Show numerator, denominator, sample size, and time range for rates.
- Keep attribution and incrementality separate.
- Include lead quality, sales conversion, refunds, gross margin, repeat purchase, and LTV when available.
- State uncertainty and blind spots instead of inventing precision.

## Deliverables

Return the relevant subset of: metric tree, journey/funnel, tracking audit, channel matrix, landing-page diagnosis, attribution limitations, experiment backlog, dashboard specification, executive summary, and 30/60/90-day roadmap.
