## When to Act

### Automatically update docs when:
- New business process is discovered or discussed
- Pricing changes, new plans or offerings created
- New client onboarded or client status changes
- Infrastructure changes (hosting, domains, etc.)
- New strategic decision is made
- Market research is done
- CNPJ/legal process updates
- New integrations or tools adopted

### Create new .md files when:
- A completely new topic is discussed (e.g., partnerships, hiring, marketing campaigns)
- A topic grows too large for an existing file
- User explicitly asks to document something

### Update existing .md files when:
- Information in them becomes outdated
- New data enriches the existing content
- Decisions are made that resolve pending items

## How to Act

### 1. Identify the right file
Read the existing files to determine if the new information fits an existing document or needs a new one.

### 2. Update or create
- **Existing file:** Use Edit tool to update the relevant section
- **New file:** Use Write tool, then update README.md to include a link

### 3. Update README.md
If a new .md is created, always add it to the Documents section in README.md.

### 4. Commit and push

### 5. Update registry if new skill
If a new skill is created, update:
- `registry.json`
- `.claude-plugin/marketplace.json`

## Document Standards

- Files in Portuguese (content) with English names when technical
- No accents in filenames (use `pricing.md` not `precificação.md`)
- Tables for structured data
- Mermaid diagrams for flows
- Checklists for pending decisions
- Sources section with links when based on research
- Keep documents focused — one topic per file

2. **Always commit and push** after updates — this is a standing authorization.
3. **Keep README.md updated** — it's the index for all documents.
4. **Don't duplicate** — check existing files before creating new ones.
5. **Update pricing.md** when plans, offerings, or client data changes.
6. **Update cnpj-ltda.md** when legal/company process advances.
7. **Cross-update skills** — if strategy changes affect a skill (boopixel-db, hostinger), update both.
