## STEP 1: PARSE ARGUMENTS & DETECT CONTEXT

### Mode Detection
Parse the first argument to determine review mode:

- If second argument is a file/directory path, use that as target

## STEP 3: SPAWN BRUTAL AGENTS (PARALLEL)

**CRITICAL: Launch ALL applicable agents in a SINGLE message with MULTIPLE Task tool calls.**

- Multi-category impact deductions
