name: ceo-review
description: Use when reviewing a plan, proposal, or change with a CEO/founder lens - problem framing, scope, user value, and strategic alternatives. Works at plan stage or on a diff.
---
## When to use
- Before building (a plan/proposal) or on an existing change/diff - to pressure-test whether
it is worth doing and scoped right.

## Procedure - findings first, be direct, no prose padding
- Is the problem real and worth solving now? Who is the user, and what do they actually gain?
- Is the scope right - what should be cut, deferred, or is missing?
- Stronger strategic alternatives (buy vs build, a simpler cut, do-nothing).
- Hidden assumptions, and the single riskiest one to validate first.
- For an implemented change: real user value or scope creep / gold-plating? Over- or under-built?

## Output
- One-line verdict, then numbered findings ordered by impact. Do not edit files.
