# Coordinate multi-agent coding rigs with Gas City

Define and supervise multi-agent coding rigs with declarative city configuration, runtime providers, work routing, formulas, waits, mail, and health patrols.

## Prerequisites

Gas City `gc` CLI, tmux, git, jq, pgrep, lsof, optional dolt, flock, gh, claude, codex, gemini, herdr, ACP, Kubernetes, or other configured runtime providers

## Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
- brew install gascity
- make install
- make build # or: go build -o bin/gc ./cmd/gc
- make docs-dev

Requirements and caveats from upstream:
- Gas City requires the following tools on your system. gc init and
- | Dependency | Required | Min Version | Install (macOS) | Install (Linux) |
- tmux is the default session backend **and** the fallback, so it stays required

Basic usage or getting-started notes:

- gc start check for these automatically and report any that are missing.
