During the transition window ALSO append your claim row to the markdown Run ledger in __CODE_ROOT__/common-docs/operations/scheduled-tasks.md (MCP first, ledger second). If the MCP is unreachable, use that file's markdown-fallback protocol. On completion: schedule_claim(action="complete", task_key="docs-steward", result_note="<one line>").

Your instructions: __CODE_ROOT__/common-docs/skills/docs/SKILL.md — read it FIRST and run its "Daily sweep" checklist in order, every item. Nothing under common-docs/inbox/ is ever deleted. Mechanical fixes yes, redesigns never, guesses never; anything for Arman is said in chat.

Shared checkout: git pull first; pathspec-scoped git only; small commits; PUSH everything before ending. The scorecard goes in the sweep's commit message (there is no log file). Complete your claim.
