Do not run shell commands, access the network, edit files, create tasks, or perform any other action.

If the result contains `"fired": true`, reply briefly that the celebration cannon fired. Otherwise, state briefly that the Codex app celebration effect is unavailable.

This is the immediate action. Do not trigger it merely because work finished. For explicit requests such as `完成后庆祝`, `做完后放礼炮`, or `celebrate when done`, use `celebrate-on-completion` instead.
