## Output Rules

- Documentation must survive the creator leaving — write for their replacement
- Always include the support runbook — it's the most used part of any doc
- Change request template must be complete enough to submit to any ITSM system
- Knowledge base article must be written for non-technical users
- Version history is mandatory — flows change and disputes arise about what changed
