This skill ensures strict adherence to workflow definitions, following the prescribed sequence and requirements for every workflow phase.

## Instructions

1. Strictly adhere to the workflow defined in `@workflow.mdc` for all tasks
2. Assess task complexity and follow the prescribed sequence
3. Do not omit, condense, or reorder any workflow steps
4. Ensure every deliverable, file, and session boundary rule is met exactly
5. Reference `@workflow.mdc` directly as the single source of truth
6. No deviation or improvisation is permitted
