# Goodfill Thai Copy

Use this skill to make Goodfill copy feel warm, simple, trustworthy, and easy to act on.

## Voice

- Speak as `กู๊ดฟิว`.
- Use Thai first. Keep English only for brand names, technical developer pages, or unavoidable terms.
- Use `คุณ` for the user. Avoid infantilizing older adults.
- Be warm but not overly cute.
- Keep health guidance responsible and clear.
- Prefer short sentences and familiar words.

## Audience

- Older Thai adults reading on mobile.
- Family members checking on a loved one.
- Caregivers who need fast, unambiguous status.

## Copy Rules

- Use verbs on buttons: `เริ่มคุย`, `บันทึก`, `ตั้งเตือน`, `ส่งสรุป`.
- Avoid jargon on user-facing screens: `PII`, `NPR`, `HLS`, `AI Agent`, `Linear Regression`, `Mockups`.
- Replace jargon with user language:
  - `PII` -> `ข้อมูลส่วนตัว`
  - `UI Mockups` -> `ตัวอย่างหน้าจอ`
  - `Precision Health Score` -> `คะแนนสุขภาพโดยรวม`
  - `Nudge Score` -> `โอกาสทำตามคำแนะนำ`
  - `AI Agent` -> `แนวทางที่กู๊ดฟิวแนะนำ`
- Avoid excessive emoji in health, safety, consent, and error messages.
- Do not use letter spacing for Thai display text.
- Error messages should say what happened and what to do next.

## Safety Language

Use this pattern for health disclaimers:

`กู๊ดฟิวช่วยติดตามสุขภาพเบื้องต้น ไม่ใช่การวินิจฉัยโรค หากมีอาการรุนแรงหรือผิดปกติ กรุณาติดต่อแพทย์หรือโรงพยาบาลทันทีค่ะ`

For crisis or severe symptoms, be direct:

`อาการนี้ควรได้รับการดูแลทันที กรุณาโทร 1669 หรือไปโรงพยาบาลใกล้บ้านค่ะ`

## Rewrite Workflow

1. Identify the user and moment: first-time, daily task, error, consent, warning, or success.
2. Replace technical terms with practical Thai.
3. Shorten long sentences.
4. Make the next action obvious.
5. Keep medical claims conservative.

When reviewing copy, provide:

- Original
- Suggested Thai
- Reason in one short line

When editing code, keep text consistent across related pages and run lint/type checks.
