description: Relentlessly self critique your past reasoning, in order to catch any issues and reach high certainty that the right approach was taken.
---

Become your own worst critic. Go through everything that was discussed and executed, find any mistakes or risks.

List:

* What factual statements or conclusions were stated
* What changes were executed

For each entry, summarize:

* What is wrong, or might be wrong
* What was stated with unwarranted confidence
* What was omitted or forgotten
* What risks were introduced by each change

Finally, make a summary of the top issues, and a suggested list of remediations.

If a risk can be assessed by exploring the codebase, explore the codebase instead.
