- **--from-gsd2**: Reverse-migrate a GSD-2 project (`.gsd/` directory) back to GSD v1 (`.planning/`) format. Runs `gsd-tools.cjs from-gsd2`. Pass `--path <dir>` to migrate a project at a different path.
