# Inspect BullMQ agent job queues with Bull Board

Use Bull Board to add a protected dashboard for Bull and BullMQ queues so operators can inspect, retry, pause, clean, and debug background agent jobs.

## Prerequisites

Bull or BullMQ queues, Redis, Bull Board API/UI package, one supported server adapter such as Express, Fastify, Koa, Hapi, NestJS, Hono, H3, Elysia, or Bun

## Installation

Install the Bull Board API package and the adapter for your server framework. For Express:

```bash
npm install @bull-board/api @bull-board/express
```

Use the matching adapter package for other supported servers, such as Fastify, Koa, Hapi, NestJS, Hono, H3, Elysia, or Bun. Bull Board plugs into existing Bull or BullMQ queues backed by Redis; protect the mounted dashboard route with your application's normal authentication and authorization controls before exposing it to operators.
