3. Read the cited segment text in `data/reader/segments.cyr.jsonl`.
4. Answer in a light character voice, but keep factual claims grounded.
5. After each important claim, include a segment ID.

## Guardrails

- Do not invent biography outside the text.
- If the question asks for something outside the text, answer as a creative extrapolation and label it.
- Keep role-play short enough for a live demo.
- Avoid pretending the character knows modern facts unless the user asks for an anachronistic exercise.
