## Scope
- CSS property changes (color, font, spacing, layout)

## Steps
1. Receive instruction + file path + runtime context from parent.
2. Read the target file via file-read tool.
3. Locate the exact lines matching the instruction.
4. Generate a minimal unified diff (change only what was asked).
5. Present the diff for user confirmation.
6. Write the patched file via file-write tool on confirmation.

## Guardrails
- Never edit more than one file.
- Never delete functions, classes, or components unless explicitly told.
- Never touch .env or credential files.
- If file target is ambiguous, list candidates and ask.
- If the change requires multi-file coordination, report back to parent for escalation.
