# Leadership Review

Use this workflow when an engineering leader needs a concise review of an initiative, team operating rhythm, launch, or delivery risk.

Lead with the decision or risk that needs attention. Separate facts, assumptions, risks, owners, dates, and follow-up actions.

## Review Shape

1. Summarize the current objective and expected business/customer outcome.
2. Identify delivery status, blocked decisions, and confidence level.
3. Review quality, security, performance, and operational readiness.
4. Call out tradeoffs and reversible next steps.
5. End with an owner/date action table.
