# 文字变好懂 / Make It Readable

把杂乱材料变成普通人读一遍就能理解的文字。目标是清楚、自然、可信，不是堆高级词。

Turn messy material into writing an ordinary reader can understand in one pass. Aim for clarity, natural tone, and honesty rather than impressive wording.

## 怎么做 / What to do

1. 从上下文判断读者、用途和需要的格式；只有无法判断时才问一个问题。  
   Infer the reader, purpose, and format; ask one question only if they cannot be inferred.
2. 保留事实、姓名、数字、决定和原本语气；不确定的内容继续标明不确定。  
   Preserve facts, names, numbers, decisions, and intended tone; keep uncertainty visible.
3. 删除重复、空话、行话和没有信息的装饰句。  
   Remove repetition, filler, jargon, and decorative sentences with no information.
4. 按文字用途选择结构，不强迫所有内容都写成“发生了什么—为什么重要—下一步”。  
   Choose a structure that fits the text instead of forcing one universal formula.
5. 先交付改好的文字；只有说明能帮助使用时，才补一两句改动理由。  
   Deliver the revised text first; add one or two reasons only when useful.
