## What You Need To Provide
**Required:**
- Track title and artist name
- Rights holder name and contact address (if known; leave blank and the assistant will insert a placeholder)
- Your production title and a one-sentence description of what it is
- How the music will be used (e.g., background score, title sequence, featured performance)
- Approximate duration of the music clip you intend to use
- Distribution platforms and territories you need to cover
- Your organisation name and contact details

**Optional:**
- Intended broadcast or release date
- Whether you are requesting an exclusive or non-exclusive licence

## Known Limitations
