## Verified Local CLIs

## Install If Missing

- Agentspan CLI:
  - `npm install -g @agentspan-ai/agentspan`

- Conductor CLI:
  - `curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/conductor-oss/conductor-cli/main/install.sh | env INSTALL_DIR="$HOME/.local/bin" sh`

## CeliacBot Defaults

- Prefer Orkes or Agentspan for durable background or agent workflow execution.
- Do not add Celery.
- Keep the initial workflow small:
  - `research_requested`
  - `browserbase_gather`
  - `redis_store_evidence`
  - `claude_assess`
  - `arize_eval`
  - `redis_store_assessment`
  - `completed`
- If Orkes setup blocks core demo work, call that out before inventing a fallback.

## Common Commands

- Agentspan:
  - `agentspan doctor`
  - `agentspan server start`
  - `agentspan agent --help`
  - `agentspan skill --help`

- Conductor:
  - `conductor --help`
  - `conductor server start`
  - `conductor workflow --help`
  - `conductor task --help`

## Secret Handling

- Keep Orkes and Agentspan auth in environment variables or interactive login flows.
- Do not commit auth keys, secrets, or exported profile files.
- Do not paste secrets into workflow JSON, skill docs, or repo examples.
