# Periodic Review System

Facilitates structured retrospective and planning cadences (weekly review, monthly check-in, annual reflection) to align daily execution with long-term goals.

## Cadence Frameworks

### 1. Weekly Review (45-60 min)
1. **Get Clear:** Empty physical/digital inboxes, review calendar from past week and next 2 weeks.
2. **Get Current:** Update project task lists, review waiting-for items, check active commitments.
3. **Get Creative:** Identify top 3 high-leverage priorities for the upcoming week.

### 2. Monthly Retrospective (90 min)
1. Review KPI progress against quarterly OKRs.
2. Assess energy management, habits, and friction points.
3. Prune stalled projects and adjust resource allocation.

### 3. Annual Reflection & Visioning (Half-day)
1. Celebrate wins and analyze key lessons/failures across life domains (Career, Health, Relationships, Finances).
2. Define theme for the year and set 3-5 core objectives with leading metrics.

## Verification & Quality Checklist
- [ ] All open loops identified and either scheduled, delegated, or deleted.
- [ ] Top 3 weekly priorities clearly defined and scheduled on calendar.
- [ ] Retrospective captures both qualitative sentiment and objective metrics.

## Anti-Patterns & Constraints
- NEVER turn reviews into mere task list reading without evaluating strategic direction.
- NEVER set more than 3-5 major quarterly goals at a time.
