Need to explain your company to anyone - investors, customers, partners, your mom.

## The Core Formula

That's it. Everything else is decoration.

## Length Variants

### The Tweet (10 seconds)
"We help [who] [do what] without [pain point]."

Example: "We help founders write investor updates in 10 minutes instead of 2 hours."

### The Elevator (30 seconds)
"[Tweet version]. 

Most [who] struggle with [problem] because [reason]. We [unique approach].

## Process

### 1. Answer These First
- Who specifically do you help? (not "businesses" - be specific)
- What problem do they have? (in their words, not yours)
- What do you actually do? (no jargon)
- Why is your approach different/better?
- What proof do you have it works?

### 2. Test It
Say it out loud. If you stumble, simplify.
If someone says "so you're like [wrong thing]" - rewrite it.

## Anti-Patterns
- Starting with "We're a platform that..." (boring, vague)
- Jargon: "AI-powered", "revolutionary", "disrupt"
- Feature lists instead of benefits
- No clear who (trying to serve everyone)
