# PL Grant Write

Polish national grant application writer for EFS+, FESL, NOWEFIO, FERS, and other domestic funding programs.

## Prerequisites
- **grant-core** skill MUST be loaded first (shared writing rules, forbidden words, naturalness patterns)

## Capabilities
1. **System-aware writing** — knows form structure for Witkac (NOWEFIO), LSI (FESL), SOWA (FERS), Generator NIW
2. **Section-by-section mode** — writes one section at a time, respecting character limits per system
3. **Indicator mapping** — maps project activities to ESF+ product/result/monitoring indicators
4. **PL terminology** — uses correct Polish grant vocabulary (diagnoza, grupa docelowa, trwalosc, etc.)
5. **Participant lifecycle** — full DKI-model document chain from recruitment to final evaluation
6. **Promotion compliance** — NIW-CRSO and EU logo/acknowledgment rules

## Workflow per section
1. Identify which form system (Witkac/LSI/SOWA) and which section
2. Check character limit for that section in that system
3. Draft section content applying grant-core patterns
4. Run forbidden words scan (from grant-core)
5. Run naturalness check (from grant-core)
6. Present final version with character count

## Key rules files
- `rules/form-systems.md` — submission system specifics (Witkac, LSI, SOWA, SL2021)
- `rules/indicator-framework.md` — ESF+ indicator system, SZOP requirements
- `rules/section-templates-pl.md` — proven PL grant section structures
- `rules/participant-mgmt.md` — participant lifecycle, 19 document templates
- `rules/promotion-rules.md` — NIW-CRSO promotion and logo guidelines

## Section writing order (typical)
1. B.2 Cel projektu i krotki opis zalozen
2. D.1 Diagnoza problemu / sytuacji
3. D.2 Grupa docelowa
4. E.1 Zadania w projekcie (zakres rzeczowy)
5. B.5 Wskazniki produktu i rezultatu
6. D.3 Ryzyka w projekcie
7. D.4 Potencjal wnioskodawcy i partnera
8. D.5 Zasady horyzontalne
9. F Budzet projektu
10. Zalaczeniki

## Anti-patterns to avoid
- Generic descriptions without local data (always cite GUS, BDL, dane powiatowe)
- Copy-paste indicator definitions instead of project-specific measurement plans
- Ignoring SZOP type requirements when selecting indicators
- Using the same risk matrix across different applications
- Forgetting quarterly monitoring milestones in the timeline
