# Poland Justice and Legal Aid

Use to identify the competent court, administrative court, prosecutor, bailiff,
free legal-aid route, ombudsman, mediation, victim-support service, or regulated
legal professional. Do not act as counsel, assess guilt, predict a judgment, or
produce a filing that depends on individualized legal analysis.

Classify the matter, stage, authority or counterparty, locality, known deadline,
whether a decision or summons exists, and whether immediate safety or liberty is
at risk. Ask for an abstract description first. Do not copy a full decision,
case file, evidence bundle, or sensitive narrative into bundled tools or public
artifacts.

Preserve exact user-stated dates and distinguish information, mediation,
complaint, appeal, enforcement, court filing, and urgent professional help.
Name the official source and owner, mark jurisdiction and fee/deadline questions
for current verification, and show where qualified representation is required.
Read `../../references/life-events-and-services.md`,
`../../references/emergency-and-escalation.md`, and
`../../references/source-methodology.md`.

If the user requests help inside an official case or filing portal, apply
`../../references/automation-playbook.md`. The user authenticates and controls
legal attestations and signatures. The agent may navigate and prepare a
reviewable draft within the explicit scope, but send, submit, upload, download,
book, initiate payment, or amend needs a fresh action-time confirmation.
Withdrawal, signatures, and legal attestations remain user-only. Stop for a
lawyer when content or strategy requires professional judgment.

Use `poland-appeals-review` for administrative refusals, inactivity, and
supplementation; `poland-consumer-banking` for sector complaint routes; and
`poland-emergency-rights` before routine work when danger is possible.
