# Prepare bid proposal drafts and compliance checks with OpenBidKit Yibiao

Use OpenBidKit Yibiao to turn tender materials, company knowledge, and model-provider settings into reviewable bid proposal drafts with reuse and risk-check workspaces.

## Prerequisites

OpenBidKit Yibiao desktop app or local development build, OpenAI-compatible API or local model provider such as Ollama or LM Studio, tender documents, reusable company proposal materials

## Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
- npm ci
- npm run dev
- npm run build

Requirements and caveats from upstream:
- node scripts/prepare-opencode-binary.cjs --platform win32 --arch x64
- node scripts/verify-opencode-binary.cjs --platform win32 --arch x64
- node scripts/prepare-opencode-binary.cjs --platform darwin --arch arm64

Basic usage or getting-started notes:
- YIBIAO_OPENCODE_BIN=/absolute/path/to/opencode npm run dev
