name: prompt-at
description: Run a prompt later in this session — /prompt-at <time(s)> <prompt> starts a timer and executes the prompt when it fires (e.g. /prompt-at +20m check the CI, /prompt-at 23:19 continue the batch). Use when the user asks to do, retry, or be reminded of something after a delay or at a time, or to resume work after the Claude quota resets.

# prompt-at — run a prompt later

Start one background Bash task (`run_in_background`) per requested time; the
script does all time math — never compute times yourself (formats: `23:19`,
`07/11 21:59`, `+15m`, `@epoch`):

```bash
bash "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/skills/prompt-at/scripts/until.sh" --wait '<time>' <<'MSG'
timer fired, act now: <prompt — default "continue">
MSG
```

The prompt passes through stdin verbatim — no shell escaping, but no line may
consist solely of `MSG`. It returns at the target (quota reset — "the token
back, continue" — use `--wait --pad 120 '<time>'` to clear the boundary) and
re-invokes you:
act on the message with no extra tool calls, so everything the wake-up turn
runs must already be permitted. If work is in progress, checkpoint it to a
file first and put the path in the message. Remind the user: terminal open,
machine awake until it fires.
