- Publish an Agent to the OpenAkita hub
- Package an Agent for distribution

## Parameters

- `profile_id` (required): The local Agent profile ID to publish
- `description` (optional): Description for the platform listing
- `category` (optional): Category for the listing
- `tags` (optional): Tags for discoverability

## Examples
