# Retrieve Zillow-style property details and market trends through an MCP server

Run supervised property-detail and market-trend lookups from an MCP client while checking data-source terms before use.

## Prerequisites

MCP client, Zillow/property-data access configured by the repository, API or data-source terms reviewed by the operator

## Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
- git clone https://github.com/yourusername/zillow-mcp-server.git
- pip install -r requirements.txt
- docker build -t zillow-mcp-server .
- docker run -p 8000:8000 -e ZILLOW_API_KEY=your_key_here zillow-mcp-server

Requirements and caveats from upstream:
- A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides real-time access to Zillow real estate data, built with Python and FastMCP.
- Python 3.8 or higher
- python zillow_mcp_server.py

Basic usage or getting-started notes:
- A Zillow Bridge API key (request access at api@bridgeinteractive.com)
- Clone this repository:
- cd zillow-mcp-server
