# Run academic writing, analysis, and replication workflows with quality gates in claude-code-my-workflow

Use claude-code-my-workflow when a research task needs a Claude Code workflow for papers, slides, data analysis, or replication packages with specialist-agent review and verification gates.

## Prerequisites

Claude Code, git; optional XeLaTeX, Quarto, R, Python 3, and GitHub CLI depending on workflow path

## Installation

Choose whichever fits your setup:

1. Copy this skill folder into your local skills directory.
2. Clone the repo and symlink or copy the skill into your agent workspace.
3. Add the repo as a git submodule if you manage shared skills centrally.
4. Install it through your internal provisioning or packaging workflow.
5. Download the folder directly from GitHub and place it in your skills collection.

Install command or upstream instructions:

Fork or clone the repository, run ./scripts/validate-setup.sh to confirm prerequisites, then start Claude Code in the project and use the provided academic workflow paths for papers, slides, analysis, or replication work.
