## Troubleshooting

### Free valuation is scheduled but I'm worried about sharing financials
**Symptom**: Ecomswap is asking for P&L + Stripe/Shopify screenshots before the valuation call
**Cause**: The valuation requires TTM financial data to compute SDE and a profit multiple
**Solution**: Ask for a mutual NDA before sharing any financials — this is standard for boutique brokerages.
