# Sales Prospecting Outreach

## Core Workflow

1. Define ICP, trigger events, buying role, pain, offer, proof, and desired conversion.
2. Build segments before writing messages: account type, persona, industry, stage, source, and buying signal.
3. Write outreach around relevance, reason, value, proof, and one low-friction call to action.
4. Personalize based on business context, not superficial flattery.
5. Sequence across channels with spacing, stop rules, opt-out handling, and CRM logging.
6. Measure reply quality, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, unsubscribe/complaint risk, and downstream revenue.

## Outreach Standards

- Be accurate about identity, reason for contact, claims, and relationship.
- Keep messages short, specific, and buyer-centered.
- Lead with a hypothesis the buyer can accept, reject, or correct.
- Avoid manipulative urgency, fake personalization, deceptive subject lines, and hidden opt-out paths.
- Use compliance checks for commercial email, privacy, consent, and platform rules.

## Freshness Rule

Verify current legal/platform guidance before giving tactical advice about commercial email rules, cold outreach, LinkedIn/social automation, phone/SMS outreach, consent, opt-out handling, deliverability, or enrichment/data-provider behavior. This skill is not legal advice.

## Deliverable Shape

- Target segment and buyer hypothesis
- List-building criteria
- Message sequence
- Personalization fields
- Call script or talk track
- Reply handling
- Compliance notes
- Measurement plan
