# Skill gap detector (meta)

## When

Unsupported stack, novel domain workflow, or missing automation (v0.1 manual path).

## Procedure

1. Name the gap and why existing skills/commands are insufficient.
2. Draft a **minimal** skill outline (goal, inputs, outputs, safety).
3. Append entry to `docs/SKILL_REQUESTS.md` with date + proposed filename.
4. Ask user: adopt as project-local skill, defer, or narrow scope.

## Outputs

`SKILL_REQUESTS.md` row + user decision recorded in `DECISION_LOG.md` if committed.
