# Sprint Cycle

Execute a complete sprint for: **$ARGUMENTS**

## Sprint Phases

### 1. Sprint Planning

Break down the work into concrete tasks:

Create TodoWrite items for each task.

### 2. Implementation Sprint

For each task in priority order:

1. Mark task as in_progress
2. Read relevant files
3. Implement the change
4. Write/update tests
5. Mark task as completed
6. Commit with clear message

Use Task tool with `general-purpose` agent for complex subtasks.

### 3. Quality Gate

Before completing sprint, run quality checks:

If any fail, fix before proceeding.

Address critical/high issues before sprint completion.

### 5. Sprint Retrospective

- Blockers encountered
