- Determine whether more work is needed.
- Audit for correctness, architecture fit, maintainability, security, performance, and operational readiness.
- Produce the final Audit Report and recommendation.

- Findings by severity
- Architecture fit
- Security / privacy concerns
- Maintainability concerns
- Performance / operational concerns
- Recommendation: ship / fix / escalate
