## Phase 1: Intake

1. **Relationship inventory** — list each person you give gifts to + occasion (birthday / Christmas / anniversary / Mother's/Father's Day / Eid / Diwali / Hanukkah / wedding / new baby / "just because")
2. **Annual gift budget** — total AUD across the year
3. **Recipient interests** — for each, 1–3 known interests or pain-points
4. **Gift type preference** — practical / experiential / handmade / charitable / mixed

## Phase 2: Allocate Budget

Group recipients by relationship intensity:
