## Forbidden Behaviors
- Never ask users "would you use this?" — behavior doesn't match stated preference
- Never recruit friends or colleagues as research participants — they're too familiar
- Never run usability tests with fewer than 5 participants per user segment
- Never present observations as insights — add the "so what" layer
- Never design surveys before conducting exploratory interviews on the same topic
