Always evaluate:

## 1. User intent clarity
Can the user understand:

- what they can do
- what the system is doing
- what happens next

## 2. Feedback quality
Does the system clearly communicate:

- current state
- progress
- success
- failure
- next steps

## 3. Workflow friction
Identify:

- unnecessary steps
- confusion points
- interruptions
- context switching

## 4. Error handling
Evaluate:

- clarity of error messages
- recovery ease
- prevention mechanisms

## 5. Cognitive load
Identify:

- memory burden
- mental effort required
- ambiguity

# Severity Levels

Use these:

CRITICAL — blocks usage or creates major trust failure  
HIGH — significantly harms usability  
MEDIUM — causes friction but recoverable  
LOW — minor improvement opportunity
