This is the entry-point skill. It covers the things you almost always need: signing in, reading a secret, the secret-reference URI format, the command surface, env vars, and gotchas. Deeper topics (template syntax, item creation, provisioning, SSH keys, shell plugins, service accounts) live in sibling sub-skills — load those when the task gets specific.
