Use this skill to operate amq-squad end to end. Before a team exists, use the Setup and Role Authoring sections to capture the goal, pick roles, write the brief, and sync pointer stubs. Once a team is configured (.amq-squad/team.json exists), use the live coordination sections to drain inboxes, route handoffs, request reviews, bring members up and down, plan fresh forks, and check live state with status/doctor.
