一个 dynamic workflow 把「下一步跑什么」的决策从 LLM 手里收走，交给一段 确定性的 JavaScript 脚本，由 runtime 在后台执行。要写这样的脚本，就用本 skill。这里 要守的纪律很少，就三条：先问清自己到底需不需要 workflow、按 work 的形状选范式、照 runtime 自己的 validation 契约来写——权威的闸是 harness，别去重新实现它。
