This skill reads and reports. It never writes a test, edits a fixture or updates a snapshot. It answers one question — which behaviors would regress without any test going red, and which of those matter most — and ends in a verdict and a ranked worklist. Writing the tests is awesome-test-writing, which owns placement, the case list, the seam agreement with the user and the proof that each new test can fail. Splitting it this way keeps the audit honest: a gap list written by the agent about to fill it drifts toward the gaps that are easy to fill.
