The orchestration procedure for driving a content-pipeline run through Claude background sessions (claude --bg), one Claude Code session at a time acting as the dispatcher. It drives content_pipeline.execution.drivers.claude_bg.dispatch_wave over a prepared wave, and never runs unit content through its own context -- only ids, outcomes, and status digests, the same invariant the driver itself upholds (DispatchReport and compute_status are both content-free by construction).
