Synthesize research across three forces — Audience, Company, and Moment — into a prioritized set of 5-8 brand building blocks: the foundational and emergent truths and insights that contextualize where a brand stands today and inspire where it can go. Not facts — insights: relevant, actionable, and unrealized realities. Use at the start of a brand strategy engagement, after intelligence gathering, or whenever a user needs to move from raw research to strategic brand inputs. Trigger when a user has audience research, business context, or cultural/trend data and needs to synthesize it into brand strategy direction. Accepts outputs from /persona-build (Audience force), /biz-context (Company force), and /trend-scan (Moment force) as primary inputs. Produces the fuel for /brand-territories.
