Keep an approved register of the MCP servers, connectors and plugins your agents may use, and check every entry has an owner, purpose, data classification, permissions and review date. Compares the register with saved tools/list outputs and permission manifests to catch unregistered servers and tools and entries that are gone. Use when asked \"which MCP servers are we actually running?\" or before a quarterly connector review. Not for auditing an MCP server's code (mcp-server-review) or agent config files (agent-config-audit).

From the source SKILL.md

Every MCP server, connector and plugin an agent can call is a door into some system, with its own credentials and scopes. Organisations that approve them one at a time end up with a list in a wiki that no longer matches what runs: servers nobody registered, tools added in an update, scopes widened by a vendor, and entries for servers that were switched off months ago. This skill keeps the register honest. It checks each entry is complete, then compares it with what the servers say they offer and what their manifests say they hold.

What this skill does

Connector Register is a community-contributed Claude Code skill in the integrations sub-category. It ships as a SKILL.md file that Claude Code auto-discovers under ~/.claude/skills/connector-register/ and loads when your prompt matches the skill's trigger.

When to invoke it: Use when asked \"which MCP servers are we actually running?\" or before a quarterly connector review. Not for auditing an MCP server's code (mcp-server-review) or agent config files (agent-config-audit).
