Help the user build EEZ Studio LVGL projects by editing the `.eez-project` JSON directly via Python scripts in the project's `tmp/` directory. The agent makes the changes; the user opens EEZ Studio to **visually validate** them before flashing, and retains the option to make additional changes themselves. The skill's central concern is canvas-device divergence — the bug where deployed firmware shows graphical elements that don't appear in EEZ Studio's canvas. Two mechanisms cause it: (1) C code in `main/*.c` calling `lv_obj_set_pos` / `_size` / `_align` etc. on `objects.<widget>` (Mode A), and (2) JSON shapes the C generator accepts but EEZ's canvas renderer silently drops (Mode B). Every edit runs the verifier gates that catch both. Use this skill for any task involving screens, widgets, styles, fonts, themes, or actions in an EEZ Studio LVGL project. Includes Trap reference, schema crib sheet (with pointers into the EEZ Studio source at github.com/eez-open/studio), and C-side wiring conventions for `actions.c` / `vars.c` / `main/main.c`.

From the source SKILL.md

EEZ Studio is a low-code GUI designer for LVGL (and EEZ-Flow). The project file is <name>.eez-project — a single JSON file that EEZ Studio reads on open and writes on save. C output (screens.c, screens.h, actions.h, vars.h, ui.c, ui.h, styles.c, fonts.c, images.c) is generated only by EEZ Studio's export step — never hand-write those files; they get overwritten.

What this skill does

Eezstudio is a community-contributed Claude Code skill in the scaffolders sub-category. It ships as a SKILL.md file that Claude Code auto-discovers under ~/.claude/skills/eezstudio/ and loads when your prompt matches the skill's trigger.

Who uses this skill

The Eezstudio Claude Code skill is built for developers, power users, and teams automating repetitive workflows and improving developer experience. It's part of ClaudSkills (also referred to as Claude Skills or Claude Code Skills) — the open community-curated registry of 211,000+ SKILL.md files for Anthropic's Claude Code agent and the wider Claude ecosystem (Claude API, Claude Agent SDK).
