GitHub Projects를 사용하여 칸반 보드를 자동으로 생성하고 이슈를 배치하는 스킬. gh CLI 명령어를 활용하여 사용자가 지정한 이름으로 프로젝트를 만들고, Todo / In Progress / Review / Done 4개 상태 컬럼을 구성하고, 현재 리포지토리의 오픈 이슈를 전부 Todo에 등록하고 결과 URL과 요약을 출력한다. 사용자가 "칸반 보드 만들어줘", "GitHub 프로젝트 생성", "이슈 관리 보드", "프로젝트 보드 설정", "gh project", "이슈를 칸반에 등록", "티켓 보드", "스프린트 보드", "애자일 보드" 등을 언급하면 반드시 이 스킬을 사용할 것. 프로젝트 이름을 사용자가 제공하지 않으면 먼저 물어본 후 진행할 것.
